Die-casting skills of special aluminium alloy
1.Traditional aluminium die-casting technology adopt cast aluminium-alloy of aluminium and silicon as the main materials,i.e 102¡¢104 and so on,with some advantages,such as, convenient  die-casting operation and process, high productivity,can be processed directly,mould having longer life time.while its shortcomings are brittleness¡¢poor erosion resistance,limited surface treatment and low comprehensive intensity.
2.Advanced die-casting technology adopt wrought aluminium and deformed aluminium as the main raw materials,such as the materials similar to 6063¡¢6061.etc,advantage is strong comprehensive intensity,good erosion resistance,extensive surface treatment and long performance life.Its weak point is hard to be processed,low productivity, short performance life of mould and so on.
